The channels in the wall may not be just for cabling so to speak. The channels are windings like those on an electrical motor. Note: each channel is equal distance from next , stacked vertically, and along one side of wall only. I did not count the channels but if there are 12.. The piping is most likely cooling water... and the piping travels toward a central direction. Something created a lot of heat. Looks like the Germans were building a... or trying to build cyclotron, betatron, or possibly an Aqueous homogeneous reactor. The idea of nuclear reaction had been around since the 1930s, and this facility may have been an attempt. Too bad some walls cant be breached. Would have a better idea of the facility footprint.... which ironically is very similar to that of a particular Soviet Krub circular array antenna. Too bad I can post a picture.
