I never saw yellow ones, but I had a set of red ones in my 89 Honda Accord.
If I wanted yellow, I would carefully tape them off and paint them with Yellow paint.
Looks like a groove around the red edges.
Sherwin Williams could probably recommend the kind of paint to use.
