33.7K subscribersThis video demonstrates how to shape basic, non-compound curves out of .060" 3003 Aluminum. The simple forming methods here are typically what I start every panel with before moving to hammers, shot bags, wheel or larger tools.

The build is the Runge "Flyer" design FF008. This is the most basic design I offer. It has no doors, "SuperLeicht" construction and is essentially a Silver Bullet! It features front and rear Disc brakes, Mid Engine 160HP 2110CC engine, 4 Speed "Longbox" transaxle and will weigh in at apx 1200LBS.
