Good Morning Everyone
Just 5 days to the 11th annual So Classic Car Show and we are so excited that many of you will be attending. I have attached the layout of the show for you, please take note that entry to the show is off of 49th street watch for the volunteer with the flag. This is a simple process pull in and stop at the registration desk. The volunteer will give you your judging sheet collect your money if you are not preregistered. Fill out the sheet after you are parked and place on your dash. When the judges come by to judge your entry they will take the judging sheets and turn them in to the tally officials. We want to take the time to thank Mikes Cruise News, Fla. Car Shows, Paradise News, Bay News Nine event Calendar, News Channel Eight, Next Door App, Gulfport Gabber for helping us get the word out this year. For those that are paying at the gate please have $20.00 cash ready. If your group wishes to be parked together may I suggest using Save A Lots parking area as a staging area they are just 2 blocks south of the event on 49th street. 6:30 am cars start to load in till 10:00 am
8:00 am concession stand opens Coffee served
9:45 Opening remarks Dignitaries, Vice Mayor, Dan Liedtke, Jeri Reed, Phil Reed Introduction of Guests.
10:00 am opening ceremonies: BCHS/ROTC presentation of the colors, Playing of Star Spangle Banner provided by City of Gulfport
10:00 am Taps Presented by BCHS Band Program Instrumental by Terresa Warren
10:15 Military Fly Over Provided by Clw Flight Unit United States Coast Guard
11:00 Azalea Drum Core
11:00 Judging begins
10:00 to 3:00 50/50 sales
3:30 trophy ceremony
