“We were really looking to throw the beadlock-wheel design world a curve and make a statement with this new F14 Beadlock,” says Vince Wong, VP of product development. “We made a special flow-form 6061 aluminum wheel and beadlock ring that follows the classic F14 lines and puts the power down on the street and strip,”
The whole Forgestar line now forms one of the most comprehensive of strong-yet-affordable drag wheels on the market today. With that in mind, it decided to put former-pro wrestler Bill Goldberg’s drag Mopar on a customized set of Forgestar F14 Beadlock wheels in the Golden Bronze finish with matte black bolts. The look contrasts well with Goldberg’s metallic green Dodge Challenger Demon street car. Wong mentioned the move was very effective for Forgestar, because it garnered more attention than John Force’s pro drag car with a steady stream of muscle car nuts asking simply: “when,” and “how much?”
The answer to ‘when’ and ‘how much’ has not yet been released, but Forgestar will have stock this year.
