Hi Bob,
Time certainly does fly when you're having fun - we're halfway into 2019 and it still feels as if the year has only just begun.
May was a short month with not much to report in the way of news. Classic motoring events are always abound with the past month being no exception.
Of the classic events for May, the ones that took our breath away were the
Spa Classic in Belgium, and the
Beaulieu Spring Autojumble. While not necessarily a UK-based event, Spa Classic always manages to procure some jaw-dropping lineups with action aplenty for any and all petrolheads.
Beaulieu's Spring Autojumble on the other hand, is very much a UK institution where Hampshire lights up from 18-19 May. Usually a relaxed, reserved and family-orientated event, this year's Autojumble was the 25th anniversary event, and as such organisers went full-tilt. We were able to feast our eyes on the newest edition to the Mini family, the
Mini 60, and felt really proud of the history of Britain's greatest motoring export.
The 60th anniversary edition Mini is truly a fantastic beast, and inspired us to showcase the life and times of the British classic car in a new blog series starting in June. Have a look at Part.1 of our Mini blog series below, and
