Event Details
It's Florida's largest model car swap meet with 60+ eight foot vendor tables chock full of model car kits, decals, paints, after market parts, resins, etc. If it's model car related it's here, and all at swap meet prices. It's also Florida's largest model car contest/show with 37 “Peer Awarded” categories and an additional 5 or 6 judged theme classes. We typically give out more than 50 awards and often see more than 300 model cars competing.
We want to make sure that we are part of “raising up” the new generation of model car builders. So at our shows, kids 16 and under get to enter the model car contest for free and pay no admission fee when accompanied with a paying adult. We want to see as many kids entering our model car contest as possible. So parents you need to be encouraging your kids to put down the cell phone and video game controller and build a model.
