Alonso tests Toyota Dakar Rally winner

Fernando Alonso continues to widen his racing portfolio. The two-time F1 world champion, who added a Rolex 24 Hours win earlier this year and will race again in the Indianapolis 500 this May, tried out Nasser Al-Attiyah’s Dakar Rally-winning Toyota Hilux in South Africa’s Kalahari Desert earlier this week, alongside 2009 Dakar winner Giniel de Villers.
