Question is has any one had this happen recently and did Dodge cover all work under the recall being that it is now a 4 year old recall? Not sure if there is any valve damage or not yet but I would assume that would be covered as well..no? If any one has same experience please let me know what to expect or my next plan of action. I am disappointed in my service center as they had never informed me of recalls when it was in for oil changes etc.. but were always quick to point out other services that were needed.
Put your VIN in. If it's got an internal engine related recall, then you should be good - there's an engine debris recall for less than 500 cars.
There's also a "Customer Satisfaction Notification" for 2012 5.7's that addresses this. Not quite a recall, but sounds like they admitted to something.
