I like the story of the British World War 1 sniper who never missed. They said the devil was on his side, he would make long distance fantastic kill shots. He killed approximately 100 Germans never missed. Then one day he had a very easy shot and just nicked a German message runner, the German survived with just a small flesh wound. In an aid station the Dr. treating the Soldier had told him he was lucky to be alive and that the British sniper that shot at him has the Devil with him and never missed.
