The blue plastic FAKRA housing can be removed to reveal the standard SMB connection (standard antenna plug for all satellite radios).
To prevent any modifications to the vehicle the blue plastic cap/housing can be left on and the following satellite radio antenna extension cable can be used:

Route the cable behind the dash and run the cable to your desired radio mounting location. In this example it is neatly tucked under the arm rest.

The 2014 Dodge Charger Pursuit models do not have Sirius or XM Satellite Radio Antennas installed from the factory to my knowledge. You can easily determine this by inspecting the roof for a satellite radio antenna.
