This was a TBS Superstation movie that premieres in 1999. I remember it was on when I was in college. I recorded it on VHS but missed the very beginning. It was originally Titled Time Shifters... when I looked it up on IMDb it wasn’t listed as such. I knew Casper Van Dien was in it, so I had to look it up under his name and found it. Not a bad movie.. pretty good actually. Not as big as Starship Troopers but still a good solid movie...
