For the exhaust go SOLO Performance "J" pipe system or leave it alone, most aftermarket exhausts for the V6 drone horribly (okay, some really expensive Corsa and Borla systems are good too, but cost $$$).

For the CAI, either try the Hellcat lower airbox/ tube (factory parts) or an AFE Momentum GT...all the other systems let in way too much hot air (like that AirAid system) and actually decrease performance (My old Mopar CAI made the engine bog in hot weather). The crazy 4 foot long tube on the Momentum GT really ups the mid range power, and you can add the Hellcat air tube to it.

DON'T FORGET to upgrade the crappy BR3 brakes to at least BR5 specs if you don't have them already (if you have 20" wheels you likely have the BR5 brakes. If you have 18" wheels you get the super cheap BR3). You could go whole hog like I did and put on the magnificent BR9 Police brake package.
