I once attended an 'equality and diversity' training session where a feminist manager verbally dominated me every time I pointed out the reality of research recently carried out by people such as CIPD and even feminist organisations themselves.

Following the meeting three female colleagues came to me to offer to act as witnesses if I wanted to take out a complaint for bullying. I got told I was to attend an 'attitude adjustment meeting' by the manager but behind closed doors the manager told me she agreed with everything I'd said then waxed lyrical about her belief system explaining in her ideal world parents would be prosecuted for holding their babies in anything other than an 'asexual position'; women would be forced to go to work whether they wanted to work or not while men would be forced into childcare roles.
