The last time at Daytona, IMSA timed the cars and held you in the pits if your crew was "too fast".

Then IMSA changed the rules.

At LM24 didn't they time it? didn't IMSA notice anything......or did they just chuckle to themselves all through the race?

If it's not in the rule book, IMSA can always decide who they want to win after the race is over.
