I found that my 2018 with 2k miles had the climate control die.
Touch screen would not work for climate.....at all.
Fan was blowing, no air coming out the vents.

I had the A/C on max, the A/C button was on, the recirculate was on and the front defrost was on also.
It flat out stopped.....I first tried cutting everything off....BUT no luck.
The "off" was not responding.
Tried the push button start to kill the motor, etc. Motor cut off, climate would not respond.

The final solution: I noticed the air recirculate was greyed instead of red or white.

Once I cut off the front defrost and defrost button went from red to white,
everything was restored, including the greyed air recirculate, and from there I could
cut the A/C back on, and everything went back to normal.
