After Alan Kulwicki died, Hooters controversially pulled their sponsorship from the Kulwicki Racing team. As a result, the sponsor received heavy criticism for the decision. In this clip aired on August 8, 1993, CEO of Hooters Bob Brooks explains the decision was a result of the loss he felt from the death of Kulwicki and his son Mark, who was also in the plane crash.
