I commented about this a bit in the post from yesterday. Basically there is something you do when you sign over a title of a vehicle to a second party, whether that party is insurance, a person or another company of any kind, you are signing a "release of interest" to said vehicle.
Now if you have not removed all of the logos or devices from said vehicle you are out of luck. You released interest in said property. Now that simply means you do not have to do anything they ask... They released interest in the vehicle while it still had the livery of it's previous life. Many vehicles are sold this way, and it's the responsibility of the seller or previous owner to remove any markings or devices that they do not want on the vehicle when it is turned into the wild. This includes corporate logos and trademarks.
You as the new owner cannot use the vehicle to deliver pizzas in, or represent the company the car used to belong to. That would be a trademark and copyright issue. If they were so worried about their corporate or franchise image then they should have taken more time to sterilize the vehicle after it was wrecked.
