in fact...the colors are only worn at social occasions like parties,funerals,weddings,meetings or acts of intimidation...when they are actually committing crimes you would be hard pressed to notice that they were members of any club....as it would draw unwanted attention to themselves...and the higher up you are in a club the less you wear your colors...Ironically the 1%ers who don't bother following laws, hence the term "outlaws"...They have a very strict set of laws that they impose on their own members....
