I would re-title this not to be for an "outlaw" motorcycle club, but for any serious M/C. The outline you provide is a great example of just how serious being a member of a real M/C should be. Becoming a brother should be a long and arduous process, as should leaving. You can't "choose" family and when you join an M/C you're becoming family -- that includes all the benefits, the detriments as well as that strange uncle who drinks a bit too much.
