dsm's can rev to 8000 on their head's internals, their redline is I believe 7200 stock.

If it's a 14b it'll make ~280whp at it's peak, but you'll never be able to make that much boost with out some serious upgrades, IE fuel and pistons/rods.

You can run 7-10 psi on stock internals with that turbo. Expect around the 200-220whp range.
