Whelen Modified Classic 150 at Oswego 2017

2017 Labor Day weekend NASCAR Whelen Modified Toyota 150 classic at Oswego. This will most likely be my final post of the Modifieds since the car counts have dropped below 20.
I really don't understand the logic behind some drivers now showing up to certain events held Labor Day weekend at Oswego. Bobby Santos did not enter the modified race, yet he was in the Supermodified Classic the next day. Jon McKennedy who also races a modified never brought his car yet raced in the ISMA race on the same night.
Same stuff happened within the ISMA division. Dave Shulllick skipped out on the ISMA race but then raced Sunday in the Classic. Some drivers stated low car counts were due to a tire issue, but seemed odd that some drivers who skipped out on Oswego went and showed up at the Star-Classic a week later and then at Thompson at the end of the year
