If he isnt changing the turbo soon, tell hm to get an apg wastegate and ebc. i put one in my friends srt-4 and it holds 15psi till redline. I dont consider spiking to 17psi and droping back down to 11psi running 17lbs of boost. Also i hope he either has an 04 or a stage 1. Anything over 15psi on the factory 03 fuel system is unsafe.
