Sill Bunch I have not worked with or around Russain troops in over 30 years. Dealing with them durning the cold war commanders were to expect a high number of causlalates on any tranning misson.
When the caslalates were to low commander were not pushing them hard enought. When the toal was to high they placed themselfs on a list to be invested.
