Jeffrey Brooks Gentlemen, I like the drills for the training they provide, not for the average guy from the street. These guys don’t “put on” for much of anything, Russians do NOT have a sense of humor that you would relate to easily. As far as using live rounds, I had an instructor that had NO hesitation in shooting you in the vest. Ask Rick, if he’s around’ I’m sure he remembers “occasions” at the farm. This type of training you’d only do with your “partner”, that when you’d get an itch, he’d scratch himself in the same place. That’s how our squad was in ‘Nam, we pretty much knew what each would do, even out of a sound sleep. Otherwise, somebody going to need a lot of band-aids and a priest ! “JB”
