Polaris will continue to supply parts to support Victory motorcycles for 10 years, and the company “will assist dealers in liquidating existing inventories.” Victory built a loyal following of owners and I feel these owners have been abandoned not to mention product devaluation with the announcement of discontinuance, which hurts smaller competing motorcycle manufactures and future sales by these companies, after all would you like to own a Buell? Honda still makes parts for my 17 year old Valkyrie even though they have not been required to produce OEM replacement parts for it for over four years. (2003 being the last one made ,which parts will fit my 2000 model) The move to shutter Victory comes at a time when Indian Motorcycle is on a big upswing in visibility and product cadence.
