4th judicial circuit creates a new fake category of banned firearms.....it may spread
Liberal judges appointed by obama 4th circuit now says that any firearm that is used in the military
can be banned.
The liberal judges are claiming that the AR 15, which is NOT an automatic weapon,
is used in the military. (it is NOT used in the military) The liberal anti-gun judges
are claiming that it is used by the military and are therefore banning it.
That creates a whole new class of guns to ban including almost any pistol
and almost any rifle.....you will soon see the phrase "or similar weapons..."
Includes also black powder muzzle loading flint locks, since the 1600's or earlier.
Looks like the other fake class of firearms: "assault weapons" was not working.
