Part 2
The bottom of the Dallara tub below shows the difference between the five models without the tapered lower tub sections (yellow) and the JS P217.
If there's an award to give for the greatest keel-to-floor distance (red, yellow), it would go to the Ligier.

Another view of the Ligier's high nose, long nose-to-splitter structural supports (cyan), and the dished channel atop the nose (green) that concentrates airflow leading up to and around the windscreen.

Ligier went with the standard long fenders found with every WEC P2, although the treatment atop the rear section of the front fenders differs from every P2-based model.

The JS P217 uses a combination of louvers (cyan) and a channel below the louvers (red) to reduce pressure in the wheel well. The canted ramp at the leading edge of the fender cutout (green) is also unique to the Ligier.
Among the most interesting aero profiles on the JS P217 is found with its sidepod treatment. In light of the high-flow keel design, the Ligier's sidepods have been maximized to extract that air by pulling the radiator inlets up from the floor (cyan) and close to the tub (red).
The tapered, elevated sidepod inlets allow for a scalloped channel (behind the cyan) and use big turning vanes (green) to further shape the airflow leaving the keel. While the JS P217's sidepods are narrow up front, they depart from some other models by extending all the way out to the edge of the floor (purple) at the trailing edge.
ORECA's 07 takes a different approach to the narrow waist concept with its sidepods. Where the Ligier opts for a super tight and high waist that widens as it extends to the rear tires, the ORECA maintains a somewhat standard sidepod width up top (cyan) from the radiator inlet to the rear tires. Its waistline only narrows at the base of the sidepods below the inlet (green) to the rear (red), and uses the exposed topside of the floor to channel and contain air exiting the keel on its way to the back of the car.
Viewed from the front, the Ligier's small, high, tight radiator inlets can be seen (green) along with the big channel created to send air out through the vanes and onto the rear of the JS P217 (red, cyan).

The front section of the Ligier's sidepods also makes use of small flow conditioners.

Just as the rear section of the JS P217's front fenders include a channel to extract high-pressure air from the wheel well, the Ligier's rear fender treatment employ a similar channel to help pull from the aft wheel wells (purple).
Similar to ORECA's 07, the JS P217 features rear fenders that use a canted leading edge shape to direct some air onto the base of the engine cover, and to route some air to the side of the car (red). The Ligier also has ducting inlets in the middle of the sidepods (cyan) used to cool the rear brakes, and the system comes with a variety of panel sizes (green) to allow more or less air through the duct.

A different look at the rear fenders and the cooling louvers placed above the exhausts for the Gibson V8 engine.

The JS P217's rear wing and "swan neck" mount.

The size and number of dive planes available to JS P217 teams is similar to what other manufacturers have to offer.
MISCELLANEOUS
A look at the tiny air box intake for the Gibson engine (green). The beginning of the inner channel created by the rear fenders can be seen (red), along with the impressively clear and unobstructed space behind the radiators (cyan) to improve airflow through the back of the car.

A look at the back of the Ligier and the exposed diffuser and strakes.
Inside the JS P217's cockpit.

The Ligier's air conditioning heat exchanger rests in the foot well on the passenger side (green).
