abandoned luxury home Bartow Florida

I was working in Bartow Florida and while driving, I noticed on my Google Maps a road leading through an overgrown wooded area to a structure that seemed almost too big to be a home, but too small and isolated to be a business, so I 'investigated'.

I haven't been able to find out anything about this property. It's located off of US17 near the Water Treatment Plant.
It's a cool home, with a nice layout. It even had a large pool and a Sauna. Too bad it was left to rot.
