Citizens from all over the planet are posting millions of photos and videos of climate geoengineering . High level cloud formations dispersed from military jet aircraft's (and some airliners) can be seen everywhere. These atmospheric aerosols are saturated with electrically conductive heavy metal nanoparticles that are used to prevent precipitation. They use extremely powerful radio frequency/microwave transmissions to create different cloud formations that spread for hundreds of miles.

The HARRP facility in Alaska puts out 3 billion watts of power and have 26 similar facilities around the world. They're unknown numbers of RF transmitters literally covering the planet!
