Sad to see that they did a demo job on a classic drive in, in Mel's Drive In. We have one back home, though they had to remodel it, but still has the best damn food you'll ever find. Plus they have fountain style root beer that can melt in your mouth, its that damn good. You cant buy that, in some damn store. lol Plus, we had the curb side service complete with waitress's on roller skates. They even have a old classic car show there, about once every summer. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones, cos not only do I have BOTH, American Graffiti & the sequel More American Graffiti, but I also happened upon the complete soundtrack of the movie with a 2 cd set of ALL the great music that made American Graffiti, American Graffiti. And they sold allot of em. How do I know? Simple. I stumbled upon an ad in a magazine & it was in there, that I saw the 2 cd set. Funny thing is, AFTER I bought mine, the ad mysteriously disappeared from sight. Guess they must a sold out. But not till I snatched a copy up for my cd collection. Great movie, great cars, & the BEST DAMN MOVIE SOUNDTRACK there ever was. Who could ask for more? Plus they had on the cover of the cd set, a picture of Mel's complete with allot of the old cars in the parking lot. That'll F N work. lol
