Telling the story, someone said "Yeah, Right."
Yeah, right...you are working nights and your suspect is searched and cuffed in the back seat of your unit....as you walk back down the sidewalk looking for what he tossed away, you see something shiny on the sidewalk. As you squat down, from the shadows, suspect number two and number three shoot each other in the crossfire over your head. The first suspect is charged with murder because of the felony evidence in the brief case he tossed, now that suspect two and three are DOA. Carrying the brief case back to the sidewalk, you notice keys to safety deposit boxes that contain names, dates, dollar amounts and enough evidence to prosecute at least 50 other criminals.........and on the sidewalk next to the keys is a shiny new penny with the years date on it..........you drill a hole in it, put it on your key chain and forget about it until one day your grandson asks you what that is.........you tell him that the night his father....your son....was born, that the penny brought you good luck.....and you got to see your new-born son that night.......and the penny brought you good luck until you did your 20 years and retired.....you then give the penny (and 20 more years of good fortune) to your grandson.....but that only happens in the twilight zone........yeah, Right.....
