talks about using the PCM to control the fan operation utilizing existing pins on the ECU, which is already setup to control fans, there is just no ECU out pin and you need to sacrifice an existing function like fuel pressure module or boost cut and repurposing it to operate a fan relay, which is already in the chassis harness/relay box.
