I think, as far as ultra cheesy action movies go.... this one isn't so bad. The locations are pretty cool, and fitting to the story. Background stuff like cars, people, clothing, buildings, scenery, etc... seem to have had a little more thought and effort put into them than your average straight to DVD bargain bin actioner. The cast are nobody's and the acting is so-so but for this type of film and the audience it's geared towards.... those shortcomings are not a big deal.
