Iam still dumping fuel like crazy, I just bought a b&m FPR and gauge and also a cai and adjusted the timing and ingnition timing all corectly. My car idles rough but its suppose to be at that idle speed so I left it. My car when its warmed up it sputters and vtec engages but when its cold like for the last few mornings it doesnt engage and car does not sputter. Anything to check out?

Fuel Pressure:38psi
Idle speed:700rpm
Ingniton timing set@16 degress. Should advanced it alittle bit more? The is only a stock b16 motor.

I looked at the spark plugs and they have normal wear on them plus I just replaced them with NGK's a few days ago. I really need some help on this. Iam stumped to even guess what it is? It doesnt start up easy in thecold. Fuel filter was just replaced a few days ago to.
