We honor the memory of Mr Sam Swope, Bahia Shriners Motorcycle Unit.
He challenged us all to raise money so kids could walk. He touched many lives,
he will be truely missed, but never forgotten. 1926-2014

Sam Swope, along with the Sam Swope Charity Ride team and members of Bahia Shriners, visited Shriners Hospitals for Children® in Tampa on March 27 to present a check from the proceeds of the 2012 Sam Swope Charity ride. This year's ride raised $304,244 for the pediatric healthcare system.
The 2012 Sam Swope Charity Ride, presented by Bahia Shriners, took place on March 11. Despite rainy conditions, more than 500 bikers participated in the event to raise funds in support the programs and services of Shriners Hospitals for Children.
The 40-mile ride, now in its fourth year, was led by Sam Swope, Imperial Potentate Michael Severe of Shriners International and Bahia Shriners Potentate Ken Harrelson.
Bikers made their way from Orlando to Seminole Harley Davidson in Sanford, Fla., where the fun continued with live and silent auctions, refreshments and entertainment.
We are grateful for the generosity of Mr. Swope, Bahia Shriners, riders and sponsors.
