My name is Ray and this my semi intro, I've been a member on this forum since 2003 so this doesnt really count. I got family out there so I jump on the forum to see the happenings when I'm in the area. Anyways, just found out I'm moving that way this summer so figured its time to jump in here and reacquaint myself with Tampa. So with that said, whats the deal with the area now? Looking to buy a house on the east bay side (Brandon or Riverview).
