Some people are saying...
The liberals will soon be claiming that fuel efficient vehicles "cheat" the govt from
collecting "their fair share" of gas taxes, so motorcycles will have to keep a log book
of the miles driven (or force people to attach a GPS to their bike) so that
fuel efficient vehicles can be taxed based on how much you drive.

Alternative wording would be that fuel efficient vehicles cheat US citizens of "much
needed" govt services... lol
