Was up everyone! I have a 1990 hatch with a d15b7 swap. Before the swap, I could turn on and off the car fine. After the swap, we got it up but it wound not shut off. Took the neg off the battery and still ran so we took out the main relay out and it shut off finally. I have another shell from my brother and tried swapping out the ignition harness but it still would not shut off. I can go to the on position and turn it off (all lights reads fine) but when I start it, I have to pull the relay to kill it. Is there anything i can check out before handing it over to a wiring expert?

All fuses look good to go as well.
