I just bought an E36 (1998 328iS) . I've already bought a replacement key from BMW ($80) which comes pre-cut and the transponder is factory coded.

I'm doing an engine swap and will be removing the factory computer. I'd like to get a couple of extra keys cut and since the BMW computer will no longer be an issue, I won't need transponder keys.

With all that said, does anyone know of a locksmith in the Pasco area who can duplicate my new factory key?
