entertaining the idea of a v8 swap into my 300zx, needing ideas of which way to go
goal being a fun to drive, daily driver with low end grunt.

option one - LS1 - 345 hp, 350 ft-lbs. - potentially $5,000 just for the donor car

option two - VK45DE - 340hp, 333 ft-lbs - potentially +$5,000 just for donor car

option three - VH45DE - 310hp, 330 ft-lbs - average donor car $1,500

any engine offer any significant advantage over the other?
is the low budget option going to produce the same as the other more expensive options?

Not looking for wheel stands. I just don't want to deal with Camry's leaving me at the light because it takes a minute to build up enough revs to get into power enough to scoot the heavy 300zx ass around.
