Alan, what I would do if it were my car? I'd upgrade to a IC from a Turbocoupe (I've got one for $25). This is a bit bigger than the SVO but is a bolt on. I'd then come up with a spray bar for CO2 to spray the core under boost or off of a button or whatever. The stock IC location is awesome if you're moving. It only sucks if you set in traffic and then romp on it afterwards. A quick shot of super cheap CO2 would put you right where you need to be
As far as a BOV, its not needed. Due to the short length of IC piping, you aren't moving that much volume and thus, don't need to vent it. TC's run 15psi stock with no BOV.
