I did something similar on my car a while back. I just had the hubs and rotors redrilled for the new pattern, pressed the new wheel studs in, and bolted my wheels up. There was enough material I didn't need to have the other holes filled. I'm new to Tampa as well, don't know of any machine shops here. I took mine to an engine machine shop and told them what I wanted to do. They sent me to another shop with a lathe.
