Default 2000 Acura Integra Original GSR w/ JDM front-end

Hey guys, hate to do it but it looks like I have to part ways with my Integra. I am planning to move up north and I need a different kind of car. As of now, I have a friend that is willing to buy it but is not 100% sure so I'm testing the waters a little bit just in case. The ONLY trades I will consider is something AWD, preferably an STI or an EVO, I have cash to put on top. Price is $8,000. Text/Call 352-215-6262 if interested. Now onto the car:

SOLD!

The basics:
2000 Acura Integra GSR
117k original miles on body and motor
JDM front-end conversion, $1200 shipped from Japan
Clean title
AC/PS/ABS, has absolutely everything fully functional, only thing taken out is cruise control

Under the hood:
B18C1 original motor that came with the car from the factory
JDM B16 Y21 original LSD transmission
Stage 1 Clutch
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
AEM short-ram intake
RMF replica headers
RMF testpipe (with o2 sensor non-fouler)
Aftermarket exhaust
2 12inch Blox slimfans
Mild wiretuck

Exterior:
Freshly painted about a year ago
Type R lip and rear valances
Real Type-R red Honda badges
Shaved antenna, trunk key lock, and moldings
HIC window visors and PASSWORD:JDM rear window visor
The paint is in great shape, washed and waxed regurlarly

Interior:
Real Sparco front seats
Red roof-liner
Wink mirror
GSR leather rear seats
USDM Type R leather wrapped steering wheel w/ SRS
Pioneer in-dash DVD player
Sony speakers + 12in Rockford Fosgate Enclosed Subwoofer

Security:
2-way Viper Alarm w/ remote start
2 remotes and 2 keys

Suspension + Wheels:
16x8 Stance Mindsets
Wrapped in 195/40/16 ATR Achilles tires
Muteki red lug nuts
Tein SS fully adjustable coilovers
Front + Rear Type R strut bars
SPC camber kit
Powerstop drilled + slotted rotors with Wagner ceramic brake pads all around and red-painted calipers
New axles

Maintenance:
Oil-changed every 3k miles religiously
New battery
A lot of new gaskets, not one single oil leak
Valve-adjustment
Most belts including the timing belt have been replaced relatively recently

The only bads would be: a couple dings and scratches there and there. And the door jams need to be redone because there's signs of the previous red color.

Might be forgetting some things as usual but that's most of it. This car is very well taken care of and there is not one thing that doesn't work. Onto the pictures:
