corect it is sticker. There is no crack or chip though. The previous owner clear coated the sticker into the wheel. My guess is because if it ever got stolen he would be able to recognize it.
Should have put it on the back, what a d-bag. If the wheel is mint (Besides the sticker which idk if thats going to hurt value or not) then price is spot on, sold two of them in like condition for around the same. GLWS
