Hello i need help fixing my honda.. Its a honda civic ex 98 with a manual transmission, it start fine then stumble and stall

thing i did:

clean IACV
New PCV
New Plug Wires
Spark Plug
New Distributor Cap
Adjust the idle speed
adjsut the throttle cable

Any suggestion? Thanks
