After much research and question asking like you are doing, my car ended up at LHT. All i can say is from the moment I met John i knew he would be the only person to work on my car, I felt immediately comfortable with John and his knowledge. He took the time explain to me all the things needed to make my car safe and reliable without making feel like I was being talked down to (i was into Hondas in the mid to late 90's and just now got back so a lot has changed.) He answered all my question thoroughly, in fact during a work day he spent 90 minutes with me just talking me through all the work he would be doing, he had a bay full of cars he could've been working on, but he took his valuable time and spent it with me. Very impressed. And dont even get me started on the quality of his work. Hope this helps.
