The only vacuum line that needs to stay is the FPR at the end of the fuel rail. Take the EGR pipe off, and put a plug in the manifold. Or cut the fitting off the pipe and thread it back into the exhaust with a nickel under it to seal it. On the other side of the EGR at the manifold I just take a piece of scrap metal, or an aluminum can or something and cut a block off plate. Take the EGR valve off, put the blockoff plate on and bolt the EGR valve back down.
Everything else can go...I pulled all the metal line unders the manifold, including some of the coolant lines. I left the SCV however.
