it is almost ridiculously expensive to import a legal car... and much more so to import a car that isn't legal.
Do some research into and make some phone calls to importers to get the most up to date info.

Last I looked into it (not for a skyline) it was going to cost 10 grand. give or take some for taxes and shit like that.
