Who ever told you they were +15 was misinformed because sportmax 002 only come in either 15x7 +38 or 15x8 +0 and now they offer a 15x9 but not sure on offset that those are available (also available in 16"). Therefor both sets you have are 0 offset if there is no noticable difference when mounted
